Small Business: Dr. Greg Walton
| |
| Dr. Walton is a general surgeon who believes that the employees of a small business are the direct extensions of the boss. To quote Dr. Walton, "To make our office the most caring, efficient and fun atmosphere possible, we literally treat the employees as we would our families." The business offers full health and dental coverage, as well as 401k and profit sharing plan matches. Dr. Walton heartily encourages his employees to further their education by giving time off work and paying for educational expenses; and freely allows time off for family functions such as children's activities. In turn, according to Dr. Walton, we have very loyal employees who work late and show up early when needed-frequently going the extra mile for patients or their boss. |
